- We accept Paypal, bank wire transfer, and sorry no more Western Union.

charge
for doll amount immediately. (rev Dec 2009) In case
some
item sold out and impossible to re-stock, we place refund.
Sorry for no
compensation like exchange fee, etc.
- Shipping will be
invoiced by paypal invoice after checking weight if
you do not choose "per doll" shipping charge.

Lost Item Policy
It is a great pity that sometimes the post office lose your doll. Our lost item policy is as follows.
- EMS: Fully insured, and 100% refund if lost.
- SAL "per doll" shipping method is not insured. If you
cannot trust your postal service, please DO NOT use it.
