Our shop show quite competitive price for domestic sales in Japan. But this price does not reflect extra cost for international transaction like calling postoffice for check status, search for the still-not-arrived-delivery, submit insurance paper, burden paperworking cost, banking cost, etc....

So, to continue this business stably, we must ask all the international customers to burden "International handling charge" to the total invoicing amount including shipping.

We charge 4% to the total.

BUT there is TWO EXCEPTION we do not apply this rule.

1) You pay by paypal mass payment which let you burden 2% transaction cost.

2) Bank transfer:In case you send money to us by international bank wire transfer, as we understand the bank fee in your side is at least 20USD or higher worldwide, we waive this handling charge. Plese take note.

note: presently this rule apply only to the bulk orders which we give more discount as purchase by lots.

[International shipment]

We ship via EMS by Japan post with full insurance. For bulk shipping, we might use Air/SAL Parcel Post or DHL. Sorry no surface mail nor surface FCL/LCL shipping. Please contact for discussion. In any case, we send by traced way for both relief.

For shipping charge, please check explanation for each item. For most item, we show you shipping charge clearly.

[International Payment]

We accept paypal, and Bank Wire Transfer from foreign buyers. Sorry we cannot accept any bank L/C in any case.

( We used to take Western Union, but we do not take any more because on 30 Jan 2009 existing WU agent Suruga bank stop handling WU because of criminal usage of the service. Also International mail orders reported a lot of fake checks. Sorry we have quite few method which are usable.)

[International no-return policy]

NO-RETURN policy for International Customer by any reason. In case the item is arrived as broken item, if that is because of shipping company, we would refund within the range of insurancece when the shipping company agree to compensate by insurance.

In case it is mal-production at factory, firstly please contact the manufacturer by yourself. In case manufacturer does not accept your claim as you are contacting from outside of Japan, we will help you but please burden the international shipping cost in both way, return the mal-produced item and resend good item. We are selling at discounted price that we do not include such service cost. IF YOU DO NOT PREFER THIS POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM US. You can get such high grade service from other supplier with paying suitable price.

[Japan Domestic Shipping]

NO NEED for International handling charge, because it is domestic transaction.

Okinawa: Please take note that Okinawa & small islands will be applied other shipping rule. For these area normally we ship by Japan post's Parcel Service.
We charge just as post office caluculates. If you choose COD for payment, COD charge will apply.

Honshu Mainland: From Hokkaido to Kyusyu, we ship by Sagawa-express.
We charge as the system caluculates.
If you choose COD for payment, COD charge will apply.

In case broken item arrives, please take digital photo and send us the data first. We will replace if it is clearly broken during shipping or at factory. In that case, when we agree for return shipment and receive that, we refund the total amount.
